All products are manufactured according to customer-approved specifications, artwork, and production requirements.

2. Custom Order Nature

All packaging products manufactured by Cardboard Display Boxes are custom-made to order unless otherwise specified.

Because of the customized nature of production:

  • Orders cannot be resold once produced
  • Returns are limited (see Section 10)
  • Customers are responsible for verifying all specifications before production

Custom specifications include but are not limited to:

4. Design, Artwork, and Proof Approval

Customer responsibilities:

  • Verify dimensions and panel placement
  • Confirm branding and product information accuracy

Once artwork is approved:

  • Production proceeds exactly as approved
  • The company is not responsible for errors present in approved designs
  • Post-approval changes may require new tooling, reprinting, or added costs

Color variations may occur due to printing methods, material absorption, and lighting differences.

5. Production and Manufacturing Tolerances

Packaging manufacturing involves standard industry tolerances.

Customers acknowledge that minor variations may occur in:

  • Color consistency
  • Material texture
  • Die-cut alignment
  • Folding or creasing
  • Structural fit
  • Finishing effects

These variations are normal and do not constitute defects if within acceptable manufacturing standards.

6. Payment Terms

Orders are confirmed only after payment requirements are fulfilled.

Payment structures may include:

  • Partial deposit with balance before shipment
  • Approved business credit terms (if applicable)

Failure to complete payment may result in:

Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping may be arranged by Cardboard Display Boxes or customer-selected carriers.

Once products leave our facility:

  • Ownership and risk transfer to the customer
  • Delivery schedules depend on shipping providers
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are customer responsibilities

Customers must inspect shipments upon arrival and report damage within the specified claim period.

9. Packaging Performance and Usage

Customers must ensure:

We are not responsible for performance issues caused by:

10. Returns, Claims, and Refunds

By submitting designs, customers confirm they have legal rights to use all provided content.
